Intervention:  Is the combined use of a 10%BPO wash and intranasel Naseptin significantly more effective than use of either agent alone in the short term eradication of P. acnes from the face in young people undergoing puberty?

Intervention: Imiquimod compared to topical clobetasol propionate (0.05% cream) for early stage CTCL - patch or plaque lesions on trunk or limbs.
