Would you like to get more involved in the UK DCTN?  Steering Committee Vacancies Available

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our committee and help support the aims of the UK DCTN.  We would particularly welcome applications from consultant dermatologists, GPs and nurses, with some clinical research experience.

Key responsibilities of UK DCTN Steering Committee members include:

• providing feedback on submitted study proposals

• acting as a local ambassador for the Network

The role would be for three years and your travel expenses to attend meetings will be reimbursed.  The steering committee meet three times per year and you would need to allocate time before each meeting to study the meeting papers.  Please see the full terms of reference here.

Although you need some inital knowledge of dermatology research to apply, the role can contribute to increasing your expertise in this area.

Please send your self-nominations to no later than Monday 3rd June 2019 in the format of a half page statement outlining why you are a good candidate for the role along with a short summary CV. 

It is important to note that we are not currently seeking nominations from dermatology trainees or patients/carers/members of the public and so we regret that such nominations cannot be considered at this time.
