Seeking a new Chair for the UK Dermatology Clinical Trials Network (UK DCTN)

We are looking for a person with a strong interest in clinical trials to take over the leadership of the UK DCTN.

Responsibilities include chairing the UK DCTN Steering Group meetings, providing constructive feedback to trial development teams, strategic leadership and supporting research capacity building.

The new chair will be supported by a small infrastructure team (part time Network Manager, Network Co-ordinator, and Trials Development Manager) at the UK DCTN Co-ordinating Centre which is based at the University of Nottingham. The role is supported by an experienced Executive Committee with an Independent Chair.

The time commitment for the UK DCTN chair role is estimated at 0.5 PA/week (clinical),  0.05 FTE (non-clinical).

The UK DCTN is a registered charity (no. 1115745) and is supported by the British Association of Dermatologists and Centre of Evidence Based Dermatology, University of Nottingham.
